TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of framework contract call-offs, a separate scope of services description together with a schedule line will be provided by the contracting authority (AG) for the respective partial measure. In accordance with the HOAI, the scope of services corresponds to Annex 12.1 service profile Civil engineering structures - service phases 1 to 8 - and 14.1 service profile Structural engineering planning - service phases 1 to 8 - of the Regulation on Fees for Architects and Engineers (Fees Regulation for Architects and Engineers – HOAI) in its current version. See service profiles in Annex A and Annex B. The scope of services for each project may include individual service phases, several service phases, or parts of one or more of the service phases.
