TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of Lot 1 is the supply of mast steel for the construction of high-voltage masts in accordance with the further requirements of Pfalzwerke Netz AG. The mast steel to be supplied must comply with the specifications and applicable standards with regard to the raw material used, the processing processes and designs, and must be sorted into one or more packaging units/colis bundled according to mast and use, and be properly labelled on the individual component and on the packaging unit. The assembly of the masts is carried out by the contracting authority or by a third party appointed by the contracting authority and is not part of this invitation to tender. The offered mast steel must comply with the “Technical Specification for lattice masts for high-voltage overhead lines” of Pfalzwerke Netz AG, which is provided as being applicable to the performance description for Lot 1 as “Part B - Lot 1 - T2-05.402_Lattice masts for high-voltage overhead lines” (exclusion criterion), the compliance with which bidders undertake when submitting their tenders.
