Metal façade cladding works (CCS 213.5). The services include the supply and installation of exterior metal cladding (corrugated and flat sheets of hot-dip galvanised steel, aluminium thermally coated cover flashings and ledges, circular reveals), the construction of structures and soffit linings for eaves, sun-breakers as well as sliding screens, including substructures, execution design studies and ancillary works. The building has a mixed timber-concrete structure and must meet the requirements of Minergie-ECO.
