TENDER DESCRIPTION
West Project (Länsiprojekti): Helsingin Satama Oy’s development programme is a long-term plan approved by the City Board (17.1.2022). Its purpose is to concentrate traffic to and from Tallinn to the West Harbour (Länsisatama) and traffic to and from Sweden to Katajanokka, so that the South Harbour (Eteläsatama) is freed for other use. This requires implementing the West Project (Länsiprojekti), i.e. the changes required for the concentration to the West Harbour. The West Project consists of three separate sub-projects: - P1 Harbour tunnel: a two-way route leading from the West Harbour to the Länsiväylä - P2 Buildings: changes to the buildings located in the harbour area and the necessary new buildings - P3 Berth and yard arrangements: development of the berth and yard areas and renewal of the berths. This procurement concerns the procurement of project management consulting services for the P2 Buildings sub-project.
