TENDER DESCRIPTION

Länsiproject: The development programme of Helsinki Port Ltd (Helsingin Sataman Oy) is a long-term plan approved by the City Board (17 January 2022). Its purpose is to concentrate traffic to/from Tallinn to the West Harbour (Länsisatama) and traffic bound for Sweden to Katajanokka, so that the South Harbour (Eteläsatama) is freed for other use. This requires implementing the Länsiproject, i.e., the changes required by the concentration to the West Harbour. The Länsiproject consists of three separate sub-projects: - P1 Port tunnel: a two-way route connecting the West Harbour to the Länsiväylä - P2 Buildings: modifications to buildings located in the harbour area and any necessary new buildings - P3 Jetty and yard arrangements: development of the jetty and yard areas and replacement of the jetties. This procurement concerns the acquisition of project management consulting services for the P2 Buildings sub-project of the Länsiproject.
