TENDER DESCRIPTION

LPI Suhl, Schleusinger Straße 111, 98527 Suhl, New Construction Heat Supply 2025 IEE 000. The service of technical planning TA ELT is being tendered as part of a negotiated procedure with a participation competition for performance phases 2, 3 and 5 to 8 (performance levels 1 to 4). For the scope of the planning, please refer to the published assignment (file "1322-26 Aufgabenstellung.pdf"). For participation in this tender, in the first stage (competition for participation) it is necessary to submit an application form (application for participation) with the required information and evidence by the set deadline. The best-qualified applicants selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will be invited to participate in the second stage of the procedure (tendering procedure). In the second stage, the initial tender must then be submitted. Further negotiations will be conducted on the basis of the initial tender. After submission of the final offers that are no longer subject to negotiation, bidders will be invited to present themselves personally before a jury.
