• Object 2 (Dâmboviţa Embankment): 18 months for execution, followed by a 36-month warranty period starting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol upon completion of works.

The core scope of work for this tender involves "Lucrări de execuție aferente obiectivului de investiții "Amenajare urbană spațiu public urban Podul Calicilor și Cheiul Dâmboviței între Piaţa Unirii şi Pod Izvor"" (Execution works related to the investment objective "Urban arrangement public urban space Calicilor Bridge and Dâmbovița Embankment between Unirii Square and Izvor Bridge").

This project is divided into two main objects:

1. Object 1: Spațiu public urban Podul Calicilor Ansamblu urban Domniţa Bālaşa, Parcaj subteran, amenajare urbană Palatul de Justiţie (Urban public space Calicilor Bridge Domniţa Bālaşa urban ensemble, underground parking, urban arrangement Palace of Justice). The estimated value for this object is 9,713,416.10 lei without VAT, and it has an execution term of 10 months.

2. Object 2: Proiect „Cheiul Dâmboviței Unirii-Izvor", Splaiul Independenţei - Pod Unirii - Pod Izvor (Project "Dâmbovița Embankment Unirii-Izvor", Splaiul Independenţei - Unirii Bridge - Izvor Bridge). The estimated value for this object is 54,251,215.15 lei without VAT, and it has an execution term of 18 months.

The total estimated value for both objectives is 63,964,631.25 lei without VAT. The total execution duration of the contract is 18 months.
