TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract resulting from this procedure consists of the execution of works related to the investment objective “Rehabilitation, modernization and structural strengthening of Secondary School No. 178, Dridu Street no. 2, Sector 1, Bucharest”. The contract includes the full execution of all works provided in the technical documentation, as well as all activities necessary for their realization, completion, acceptance and handover under conditions of quality, safety and functionality. In this respect, the Contractor will be required to carry out the execution of construction and installation works, including works for: • structural strengthening; • architectural rehabilitation and modernization; • increasing energy performance; • modernization of installations (electrical, plumbing/sanitary, heating, HVAC, anti-intrusion, access control, surveillance, detection, BMS); • external arrangements and related works; The basis for determining the estimated value of the contract was the Bills of Quantities prepared in the technical design: Chapter 1.2.
