TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract resulting from this procedure is the execution of the works related to the investment objective “Rehabilitation, modernization and consolidation of Secondary School No. 178, Str. Dridu no. 2, Sector 1, Bucharest”. The Contract includes the complete execution of all works provided in the technical documentation, as well as all activities necessary for carrying them out, completing them, receiving them and handing them over under conditions of quality, safety and functionality. In this respect, the Contractor will be obliged to carry out the execution of construction and installation works, including works such as: • structural consolidation; • rehabilitation and architectural modernization; • increasing energy performance; • modernization of installations (electrical, sanitary, thermal, HVAC, anti-intrusion, access control, surveillance, detection, BMS); • external arrangements and related works; The estimated value of the contract is based on the Bills of Quantities prepared in the technical project: Chapter 1.2.
