TENDER DESCRIPTION
Within the project “National Platform for Semiconductor Technologies (PNTS)”, SMIS code 2021+ 351364, Funding Contract no. G 2024-85828/390008/27.11.2024, Addendum no. 1/01.10.2025, carried out by INCDTIM Cluj-Napoca as partner P6, it is intended to purchase works for modernisation, extension and consolidation of the building. The subject matter of the purchase/contract concerns the execution of works identified in the Technical Execution Design no. 135/2025, including the related annexes, for the authorised objective “Works for modernisation, consolidation, extension and extension by adding a storey to the building – buildings C5 and C6”, in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications (Caietul de sarcini) and the award documentation. The modernisation, consolidation, extension and extension by adding a storey to the existing building, i.e. buildings C5 and C6, refers to the creation of a space intended for an EMC Anechoic Chamber, with an equivalent height of two storeys, as well as the creation of spaces intended for research-development-innovation activities, distributed over two levels, located in continuation of the space intended for the anechoic chamber.
