TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works that are the subject of the contract are to be carried out at the property located in the Municipality of Hunedoara, Str. Victoriei no. 12, county of Hunedoara, on a plot with a total area of 11,444 sqm, registered in the Land Register No. 69627, which is in the public domain of the Municipality of Hunedoara. The works concern Building A – the C1 building (cadastral no. 69627-C1), with a height regime of technical basement + ground floor + 2 floors (Technical basement+G+2F), built-up area 1,193 sqm and gross floor area 3,195 sqm. The new building C2 (cadastral no. 69627-C2) is not the subject of this procedure. The building is a public building within the education system (education building), with a load-bearing masonry structure made of bricks. According to the Technical Expertise, the building falls under seismic risk class Rs III and in terms of importance and exposure to earthquakes it falls under class II; no reinforcement works for the load-bearing structure are required, and the modernisation works do not affect the fundamental requirement of mechanical strength and stability.
