TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement is to conclude a Framework Agreement for the execution of works over a duration of 48 months to provide "Current repairs to the buildings related to schools in Braşov Municipality, through a 48-month framework agreement," with the purpose of establishing the essential elements/conditions that will govern the subsequent works execution contracts to be awarded during the framework agreement period. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts is at least 1 contract/month, depending on the needs/requests of the educational units. By repair works, it is understood the necessary current repairs, and not the realization of new investments in the buildings that are part of this strategy. Current repair works to the buildings related to schools in Braşov Municipality, through a 48-month framework agreement targeting masonry, carpentry, painting, flooring, roof tiling works to ensure and guarantee their operation under maximum safety conditions.
