TENDER DESCRIPTION

The current general repair and renovation works (which can be carried out without a building permit) for the buildings owned and managed by the executive authority and for the educational units will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specification no. 258834REV1/17.09.2026 and its annexes: - Annex 1 – Summary of the Works Catalogue, to the specification, where an indicative list of the works estimated as necessary throughout the entire Framework Agreement is presented, as well as the estimated quantities that may form the subject matter of all subsequent contracts to be awarded. - Annex 2 – Identification and description of the estimated technologies required to be executed during the performance of the works within the framework agreement, respectively the subsequent contracts.
