TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Timișoara wishes to purchase works (design and execution) for the achievement of the investment objective “Construction of a building for a daycare/nursery in the northern area” Timișoara, in accordance with the requirements of the award documentation. According to the attached technical expert report, it was concluded that no general repair/consolidation interventions are necessary for the structural elements already executed. However, considering the shortcomings and deterioration identified, the following intervention solutions were recommended: • Local consolidation of the beam located at elevation +4,05, on axis 5 of Building B, where a bending capacity deficit was found in two sections located in line with the supports of the large openings; the consolidation will be carried out by applying an FRP system (fiber-reinforced polymers); • Ensuring the quality of the masonry from the perimeter of all enclosing and partition walls, by restoring continuity, integrity and planarity in the areas with identified problems in the respective plans; • For the walls on axis 3, the non-compliant masonry panels/vertical elements will be dismantled and, in their place,…
