TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the airborne, thermographic inspection of a total of 11,209 overhead line kilometers at 110-, 220- and 380-kV levels in the grid area of TenneT TSO GmbH, as well as the subsequent evaluation of the recordings and handover of the results. The thermographic flights shall be carried out using an aircraft (e.g. helicopters). In particular, it must be ensured that: - large overhead line lengths are processed within short suitable weather and load windows, - safe flights of 110-/220-/380-kV overhead lines are ensured while simultaneously meeting the required flight profiles, - sufficient range, flight time and operational flexibility for large-area line sections are ensured, - operation of the thermography systems is enabled, - short-notice dispatches can be implemented depending on grid operation, weather conditions and power loading. The services shall be provided in accordance with the tender documents, in particular with the "TenneT Thermography Guideline". The services are tendered for the flight periods 2027 and 2028.
