Breakdown of the construction project: The construction project is divided into 3 conversion sections of the following sizes: 1. UBA 3696 m2 GFA 2. UBA 3135 m2 GFA 3. UBA 820 m2 GFA Overall execution periods: 1. UBA (recovery): Jan 27 – Jan 29 1. UBA (OP 3-10): Jan 27 – Jan 29 2. UBA: Jan 29 – Jan 31 3. UBA: Jan 31 – May 32 The specified execution periods are intended core periods in which the work is planned to be carried out according to the current schedule. This also includes factory and installation planning. However, these times may still change, in particular due to the required coordination with other trades that may also be carried out in parallel. Bidders must therefore assume that they cannot perform their services in isolation, but only in coordination with other trades and in particular outside the aforementioned time periods. Further restrictions may arise from local conditions, execution during ongoing operations, and the construction site logistics that must be taken into account.
