TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the measure includes the change of use, refurbishment and extension (additional storeys) of the former administration building of the company Dr. Pfleger in Hallstadt for use as a Montessori school. As part of the construction works, the existing technical installations in the ventilation area will be completely dismantled and rebuilt in accordance with the requirements of the future use. In principle, the building’s ventilation supply is based on natural window ventilation. This is excepted for individual areas which, due to their use and/or the structural conditions, are equipped with mechanical ventilation systems. For the middle section (upper floor, OG) with the distribution kitchen, a compact unit for supply and extract air will be installed. For the ground floor of the middle section and for parts of the basement (UG), another compact unit will be installed. The supply air will be introduced into the rooms in the middle section on the ground floor and on the upper floor via perforated ceiling air-supply/ducting panels.
