TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the measure is the conversion, renovation and extension (additional storey) of the former office building of the company Dr. Pfleger in Hallstadt for use as a Montessori school. As part of the construction works, the existing technical installations in the ventilation area will be completely dismantled and newly installed in accordance with the requirements of the future use. The building’s ventilation supply is fundamentally based on natural window ventilation. This excludes individual areas which, due to their use and/or the structural conditions, are equipped with mechanical ventilation systems. For the central block (OG/upper storey) with the distribution kitchen, a compact unit for supply and extract air will be installed. For the ground floor of the central block and part of the areas in the basement (UG), another compact unit will be installed. The supply air will be introduced into the rooms in the ground floor (EG) and upper storey (OG) of the central block via perforated ceiling radiant air diffusers.
