TENDER DESCRIPTION
The measure includes the renovation of the main building with nine full floors. The start of construction is planned for mid-September 2026, with completion scheduled by the end of April 2029. The following services will be carried out: Ventilation installation: - 1 compact ventilation unit - 1 purge air system with supply air fan and roof pressure relief unit - 2 round duct fans - 1 recirculation cooling - approx. 350 m² ventilation ducts and fittings - approx. 223 m spiral duct and fittings DN 100 to DN 250 - approx. 63 m flexible air ducts DN 100 to DN 200 - approx. 70 m refrigerant lines - 4 duct silencers - 4 pipe silencers - 16 telephony silencers - 1 electric reheater - 64 ventilation outlets and grilles - 67 disc valves - 41 volume flow controllers - 20 fire protection dampers - 16 smoke detection systems and drive modules - approx. 176 m² cold and thermal insulation - approx. 205 m halogen-free electrical cables and accessories - 1 disassembly of recirculation cooling system The measure includes the renovation of the main building with nine full floors.
