Subject of the public procurement: Procurement of advanced lead-acid batteries. Procurement quantity: Type of contract: Framework purchase contract. Framework contract value: net EUR 549,670. (2 different item codes, total of 142 units, indicative quantity). In the event of a successful procedure, the Contracting Authority shall enter into a contract for the specified framework amount. From the framework amount, the Contracting Authority undertakes a purchase order obligation of net EUR 277,506 (planned quantity affected by the purchase order obligation: 72 units). From the framework amount, the value of the portion not affected by the purchase order obligation is net EUR 272,164 (planned for 70 units), which value is included in the estimated value in accordance with Section 16(1) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt).
