TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project includes replacing the locks on the external doors of the student accommodation property Ikituuri, owned by the Turku University of Students’ Foundation (TYS) and completed in 2011 (Pispalantie 14, 20540 Turku), the external doors of the apartments, the apartment-specific cage storage units, and the doors of all common areas, including the installation of new key safes, the programming of keys and keys supplied. There are 83 apartments at the site. The key safes, hasps, keys and the required software including licences are supplied installed and programmed so that the locks and keys are in working condition. Access rights to the locks and keys will be agreed in a separate lock management meeting with the contracting authority.
