TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns lock installation supplies to be procured for the needs of the Satakunta Wellbeing Services County, as well as the related installation and maintenance work. The supplies include electronic and mechanical locks, hardware fittings, keys and other supplies. The services to be procured include installation, maintenance and re-keying work, as well as a 24/7 on-call duty and expert services related to creating electronic access areas. The procurement is intended to establish a framework arrangement with two suppliers, from which two suppliers who have submitted the two most economically advantageous tenders will be selected. The services that are the subject of the procurement are, as a rule, ordered from the supplier that has submitted the most economically advantageous tender. In situations where the service provider is unable to carry out the work offered as agreed, the contracting authority has the right to order the work in order from the next supplier. In addition to the contracting unit, the agreement may be used by its subsidiary companies that are at the time under its control.
