The procurement concerns lock installation supplies to be purchased for the needs of the Satakunta wellbeing services county, as well as related installation and maintenance work. The supplies include electrical and mechanical locks, fittings, keys, and other supplies. The services to be procured include installation, maintenance, and re-keying work, as well as 24/7 on-call duty and expert services related to the creation of electronic access areas. The procurement aims to establish a framework agreement arrangement with two suppliers, selecting two suppliers that have submitted the two most economically advantageous tenders. The services that are the subject of the procurement are, as a rule, ordered from the supplier that has submitted the most economically advantageous tender. In situations where the service provider cannot, as agreed, carry out the work offered, the contracting authority has the right to order the work in turn from the next supplier. In addition to the contracting entity, the agreement may be used by its subsidiary companies that are at the time under its control.
