The procurement concerns lock installation supplies to be acquired for the needs of the Satakunta welfare region, as well as related installation and maintenance work. The supplies include electronic and mechanical locks, fittings, keys, and other supplies. The services to be procured include installation, maintenance and re-keying work; in addition, there is 24/7 on-call duty and expert services related to the creation of electronic access areas. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework arrangement for two suppliers, from which two suppliers that have submitted the overall economically most advantageous tender are selected. The services forming the subject of the procurement are, as a rule, ordered from the supplier that has submitted the overall economically most advantageous tender. In situations where the service provider cannot, in accordance with the agreement, carry out the work offered, the contracting authority has the right to order the work, in order of priority, from the next supplier.
