The procurement concerns lock installation supplies to be acquired for the needs of the Satakunta Wellbeing Services County, as well as the related installation and maintenance work. The supplies include electronic and mechanical locks, fittings, keys and other supplies. The services to be procured include installation, maintenance and re-cording (keyset) work, as well as 24/7 on-call duty and expert services related to the creation of electronic access areas. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework arrangement with two suppliers, from which two providers that have submitted the overall economically most advantageous tender will be selected. The services that are the subject of the procurement are, as a rule, ordered from the provider that has submitted the overall economically most advantageous tender. In situations where the service provider is not able to carry out the work offered as agreed, the contracting authority has the right to order the work from the next supplier in order.
