The University of Oulu is procuring a partner to provide communications and marketing services as a creative advertising agency partner. The procurement consists of various communications and marketing assignments, which may be either broad campaign packages or individual creative assignments. The creative advertising agency partner acts as the University of Oulu’s strategic and operational partner, offering, for example, campaign concept development and creative design, content-focused development of the brand, visual and content renewal of marketing and communications materials, copywriting and text planning for websites, as well as other strategic sparring and creative expert work. The main part of the procurement is the concepting, creative planning and development of an applicant marketing campaign related to joint applications for higher education institutions.
