TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is expert services for the Luukku customer portal and Matrix42 (formerly Efecte) for the Helsinki City Service Centre Business Premises and Operations (later “Service Centre Helsinki” or “Contracting Entity”). The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendices. At the end of the tender competition, Service Centre Helsinki selects one (1) supplier with which it enters into a procurement contract, as described in more detail in the attached draft contract. The estimated value of the procurement (€800,000) has been calculated as the value for a 48-month period.
