TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is expert services for the Luukku customer portal and Matrix42 (formerly Efecte) for the Helsinki City Service Centre Business Operations Unit of the City of Helsinki (hereinafter "Helsinki City Service Centre" or the "Contracting Authority"). The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendices. At the end of the tendering procedure, Helsinki City Service Centre selects one (1) supplier with which it enters into a procurement contract, as described in more detail in the draft contract attached. The estimated value of the procurement (€800,000) has been calculated as the value for a 48-month period.
