TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Frankfurt am Main intends the comprehensive fire-protection-related refurbishment of the property "Alte Oper, Concert and Congress Centre, Opernplatz, Frankfurt am Main". This will be implemented in individual construction phases. The content of this tender comprises measures from construction phase 8.2. The execution periods are as follows: CP 8.2: 06 - 08 / 2025 theatre holidays from 28 June to 29 August As part of these construction phases, among other measures, the following are planned: • Metalworking works in the Mozart Hall The refurbishment is to be carried out essentially during ongoing operations while the 9-week theatre holidays are available for the structural measures. Under no circumstances may these be exceeded due to construction delays or ordering lead times. For the work, due to the tight schedule, the Contractor must plan for a 2-shift operation from 6:00 to 22:00. The work will take place during the theatre holidays in the occupied concert hall operation; however, meetings, rehearsals, and restaurant operations will continue.
