TENDER DESCRIPTION

Heinolan Tilapalvelut Oy requests a tender for HVAC (LVI) supplies for framework agreements to be concluded on the basis of the tenders. The contract period is a fixed term of two (2) years. The contract period may be extended by one (1) option year by mutual agreement. The subject of the procurement is the purchase of various HVAC (LVI) supplies for the needs of the City of Heinola and its group companies. The contracting authority does not commit to procurement quantities. The contracting authority does not set the framework agreement partners in any priority order; purchases may be made from whoever is the contract supplier. The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with up to five (5) tenderers.
