TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the HVAC contract for Honkalampi's L-building "Metsälä". The contract area is located in the L-building of the Honkalampi center, completed in the 1980s, in the building called "Metsälä", where a 24-hour service residential unit as defined by Section 21 c of the Social Welfare Act operates. The contract area will accommodate residential places for a total of six (6) clients as well as common areas for the building and section. All rooms in the building are designed to be accessible, including sensory accessibility. A detailed description of the contract program.
