TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the modernisation of the Externsteine information centre and the digital staging of the surrounding site as an integrated “Externsteine experience world” (“Erlebniswelt Externsteine”). The procurement includes a concept together with its implementation, meaning, on the one hand, the development of the concept including all planning services and all official approval and permission procedures, and, on the other hand, the complete implementation including any construction services, IT services and other services (such as e.g. support and training). The award is made as a staged contract: upon award, only stage 1 (creation of the concepts) is commissioned, while the implementation services (stage 2) as well as the grant of licences, technical support and training (stage 3) are tendered as options, for which the contracting authority decides within five months after acceptance of stage 1.
