TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the procurement is the modernisation of the Externsteine information centre and the digital staging of the surrounding site into a holistic “Externsteine experience world”. The contract includes a concept together with its implementation, meaning on the one hand the development including all planning services and official approval and permit procedures, and on the other hand the complete implementation including any construction works, IT services and further services (e.g. support and training). The contract is awarded as a staged contract: With the award, only Stage 1 (creation of the concepts) is commissioned, while the implementation services (Stage 2) and the granting of licences, technical support and training (Stage 3) are put out to tender as options; the contracting authority decides on the exercise of these options within five months after acceptance of Stage 1.
