TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Landschaftsverband Rheinland - LVR intends, at the site of the LVR Klinik Bedburg Hau, to carry out an energy-efficiency refurbishment measure for the clinic's energy and heating supply. As part of the system-technical refurbishment measures, further construction works will be required in and also around the existing listed boiler house. On the north side of the building, a concrete floor slab is to be created, which will serve for the later installation of the new domestic hot water storage tanks. In addition to the concrete slab, a steel podium platform with a stair system is to be erected, which should enable the inspection access and the installation of two new transformers. In the northern part of the building, two new rooms will be constructed for this purpose with outside-access doors, which will house the transformers in future. On the west flat roof, the construction of a steel platform is also planned, intended to accommodate four return coolers.
