TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Landschaftsverband Rheinland - LVR intends at the site of the LVR Clinic Bedburg Hau to carry out an energy refurbishment measure for the clinic’s energy and heating supply. As part of the plant engineering refurbishment measures, further construction works will also be required inside and around the existing listed boiler house (Kesselhaus). On the north side of the building, a concrete floor slab is to be created to serve for the subsequent installation of the new domestic hot water storage tanks (warm water storage tanks). In addition to the concrete slab, a steel platform with a staircase is to be erected, which is intended to allow the inspection (revision) and the installation of two new transformers. In the northern part of the building, two new rooms will be constructed for this purpose with external access doors, which will house the transformers in future. On the western flat roof, the construction of a steel platform is also planned, intended to accommodate four return flow coolers (return coolers).
