TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tenderer must attach to its tender a plan of the intended route alignment. After contract award and implementation of the required connections, the tenderer awarded the contract shall document the route alignment in detail to the contracting authority. Before the start of implementation, the tenderer awarded the contract is required to submit the planned route alignment again to the contracting authority. If and to the extent that the contracting authority wishes a different route alignment in order to avoid overlaps with existing data communications connections, the contractor is obliged to comply with this request. If this results in increased costs for the contractor, these shall be remunerated on the basis of the calculation bases of the tender for the present invitation to tender, which must then be disclosed.
