TENDER DESCRIPTION

The bidder shall include with its bid a plan of the intended route alignment. After contract award and implementation of the required connections, the bidder shall document the route alignment in detail to the contracting public authority. The bidder awarded the contract is required to submit the planned route alignment again to the client before the start of implementation. Insofar and to the extent that the contracting authority wishes a different route alignment in order to avoid overlaps with existing data communication connections, the contractor is obliged to comply with this request. If this results in increased costs for the contractor, these will be reimbursed based on the cost-calculating bases of the bid for the present invitation to tender, which will then be disclosed openly.
