Staged commissioning of general planner services with the specialist lots for object planning in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 1, structural engineering planning in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 1, building services in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 2, building physics in accordance with HOAI Appendix 1, and fire protection in accordance with AHO, each covering all service phases. Development of replacement and re-structuring of the entire building services systems, modernisation of the interior fit-out in line with the extension of 2014, enhancement of energy efficiency, planning of the renovation measures for the underground car park, as well as development of the necessary measures to maintain operations in the adjacent usage areas of the hotel and the conference extension.
