Staged assignment of general planning services with the specialist lots: object planning according to HOAI Part 3, Section 1; structural engineering according to HOAI Part 4, Section 1; building services engineering according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2; building physics according to HOAI Appendix 1; and fire protection according to AHO, each covering all service phases. Development of replacement and re-structuring of all building services systems, modernisation of the interior fit-out in line with the 2014 extension, energy enhancement, planning of the refurbishment measures in the underground car park, and development of the necessary measures to maintain operations in the adjacent areas of use of the hotel and the conference extension.
