TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the provision of services relating to the integration, configuration, adaptation, deployment, go-live, operation, maintenance, support and, where applicable, further development of a complete IT solution intended to support the entire regional administrative process for handling road traffic offences, mainly speeding offences and surcharges on vehicles automatically detected. The contract is not intended for the ex nihilo development of an entirely bespoke solution, nor for the acquisition of a standard solution involving purely minimal parameterisation or an excessive structural dependency on the manufacturer or the integrator. The tenderer must propose an existing solution that constitutes a sufficient functional and technical basis, and demonstrate that it is modular, extensible, maintainable and able, after adaptation, to cover the functional, technical, organisational, operational and regulatory requirements specific to the Decree of 4 April 2019, the SPW processes, and the integrations expected with the regional, federal and European ecosystems.
