Marche de collecte des encombrants menagers en porte a porte sur rendez-vous

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services included are as follows:
 a) The collection of household bulky waste from the ground on a door-to-door basis by appointment with residents.
 b) The collection of so-called “wild” waste at the foot of the columns and communal collection bins. 
 This service may be mobilised only at the CAPV’s express and exceptional request. This service is not intended to replace the municipal authority’s responsibility for cleanliness, but rather to enable the implementation of punctual and targeted actions across the territory, in response to particular situations or to large-scale phenomena of illegal dumping near the sorting points. It falls within the scope of the Waste from Illegal Dumping Prevention Plan (PLDA) adopted by the CAPV in partnership with CITEO, in order to provide exceptional support to municipalities faced with specific problems of illegal dumping.
 The nature of the services to be provided and their technical specifications are defined in the Particular Technical Specifications (C.C.T.P).
