TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services included are as follows: a) The collection of bulky household waste from the ground on a door-to-door basis by appointment from private individuals. b) The collection of so-called “wild” bulky items at the foot of the columns and from the collective collection bins. This service can be mobilised only upon an express and exceptional request from the CAPV. This service is not intended to replace the municipal competence in the area of cleanliness, but to enable the implementation of specific, targeted actions on the territory, in response to particular situations or to phenomena involving large-scale illegal dumping near the waste sorting points. It is carried out within the framework of the Waste Abandoned in the Environment Prevention Plan (Plan de Lutte contre les Déchets Abandonnés (PLDA)) adopted by the CAPV in partnership with CITEO, in order to provide exceptional support to municipalities facing specific problems of illegal dumping.
