TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract consists of supplying the following daily meals: breakfast, midday meal, coffee break and evening meal for the maximum capacity of 61 residents of the residential care home. Breakfast and the evening meal are bread meals, where residents can choose from a wide range of savory and sweet toppings and from different types of bread (white and brown). On Sundays, this assortment is extended with fantasy bread (sugar and rose bread). The evening meal also includes an individually packed dessert prepared separately (such as yoghurt, pudding or an equivalent alternative). The midday meal consists of soup, main course and dessert (fresh fruit, pastries, pudding, ice cream, …). This meal is produced externally and fresh, then cooled, sealed and supplied in finished form in bulk packaging of up to 10 portions, in containers suitable for regeneration. On public holidays, a festive menu may be proposed. The coffee break is facilitated with an individually packed and separately prepared quality snack cake, with a weekly varying assortment.
