The procurement includes preparation of the construction design for Road 1583 between Mt 170- Saaristotie, Loviisa. The objective of the design is to produce, based on the road plan, a construction design that is technically feasible and cost-wise technically economical. The construction design shall be prepared to the extent presented in the road plan. The contracting authority requires the designer, during the tender calculation period, to familiarise themselves with the site in the terrain: - The designer must familiarise themselves with the planning area in the terrain to such an extent that the designer obtains a clear understanding of the measures to be carried out in the project area, the conditions, and the special characteristics.
