TENDER DESCRIPTION

We request a tender for the purchase services of agricultural respite for the Toholampi respite local unit, part 1 The Toholampi respite services operate in the area of the Northern part: Alavieska, Kärsämäki, Merijärvi, Pyhäjoki, Haapajärvi, Haapavesi, Kalajoki, Nivala, Oulainen, Pyhäjärvi, Raahe and Ylivieska. This is a framework agreement that does not oblige the purchaser to purchase a specific amount of respite. Contract duration: 2 years. The contract begins on 1.1.2027. In the tender, the point of contact must be stated together with contact details, the name of the operator and the Business ID (Y-tunnus) under which the tender is submitted. The services comply with the currently applicable Act on the Respite Services for Agricultural Entrepreneurs (20.12.1996/1231) and Decree (30.12.1996/1333). The procurement has been divided into seven different sub-entities in accordance with the production sectors within two geographical areas formed by the municipalities and cities of the local unit.
