TENDER DESCRIPTION

Previously published monthly for distribution to every letterbox across the entire regional territory (approximately 2 million copies to date), the Region has updated its regional magazine. This framework agreement is for the layout, printing and distribution of the magazine of the Pays de la Loire Region, the distribution of which to date is quarterly to every letterbox in the territory. This framework agreement is subject to the following lotting: Lot 1 Layout Lot 2 Printing Lot 3 Distribution. This framework agreement is for the printing of the Region’s quarterly magazine comprising 50 pages (frequency and format to date may change). This CCP relates only to lot 2. The framework agreement takes effect from 11/02/2027 or from the date of notification if later. It is concluded for a period of 12 months, renewable 3 times by means of tacit renewal for a new period of 12 months, without its duration being able to exceed 48 months. Where applicable, the contracting authority takes in writing the decision not to renew the framework agreement at least 3 months before the anniversary date of notification of the framework agreement to the contractor.
