TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of the mailing program “Children and Youth Health”, the AOKs inform their insured persons about regularly scheduled preventive check-ups, the so-called U check-ups, and special occasions for examinations, such as, for example, starting school. With this invitation to tender, the AOK Federal Association, on behalf of eight AOKs, which are contracting authorities, awards a framework agreement in eight lots for the dispatch of the mailings from the “Children and Youth Health” mailing program by dialog mail. The contractor undertakes collection, carriage and delivery of the mailings. The lots are divided into areas according to the respective AOK: Lot 1: AOK Baden-Württemberg, Lot 2: AOK Bayern, Lot 3: AOK Hessen, Lot 4: AOK Niedersachsen; Lot 5: AOK Nordost, Lot 6: AOK NordWest, Lot 7: AOK PLUS, Lot 8: AOK Rheinland/Hamburg
