TENDER DESCRIPTION

The main issues of this framework agreement are as follows: to successfully take over the system resulting from the execution of the CNT6 programme while guaranteeing continuity of service; to quickly acquire sufficient knowledge of ANTAI’s business areas and its partners in order to ensure a satisfactory level of service, in particular when designing and implementing technical and functional changes; to have the flexibility and responsiveness necessary to implement functional and regulatory changes; to implement the modernisation roadmap defined by ANTAI within the timeframes allowed, in coordination with the other contract holders for the CNT programmes. It is in particular a question of ensuring: the ability of the components to cope with massive increases in workload, in particular in connection with the new projects (Freeflow on motorways, local authority radars, …); the redesign of certain components threatened by technical obsolescence; improvement of the service provided to users, in particular in terms of simplification; improvement of the operability of the produced components; improvement and the dematerialisation of internal and external exchanges, moving towards…
