TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public contract, consisting of a single lot, takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The description of the services is detailed in the special technical clauses document (CCTP). The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices set out in the bill of quantities to the quantities actually carried out. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the entirety of the renewal periods. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period that takes effect from the date of notification until 10 June 2027 inclusive. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. It will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum order amount set for each period at EUR 500,000 excluding tax (HT).
