TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for using unit and lump-sum prices. This contract covers preventive and corrective maintenance of the tunnel safety equipment on the departmental road network, and relates in particular to: - Electrical power distribution installations for road tunnels, with the exception of those for the Chat tunnel; - Tunnel lighting installations, including those for the Chat tunnel. Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out periodic visits in accordance with the specifications specific to each item of equipment. Corrective maintenance takes place following a breakdown reported by the operator on one or more items of equipment. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year starting from the date the contract is notified. It may be renewed 3 times. Maximum amount per period: 350,000 euro(s) excl. VAT, i.e. 1,400,000 euro(s) excl. VAT over the total duration of 4 years. Allocated annual budget credits: 210,000 euro(s) excl.
